Order
Please check the spam folder as it may have been incorrectly sorted.
Also, please do not use a mobile email address (docomo/au/softbank carrier email) for ordering or creating an account. There have been reports of emails not being delivered to mobile email addresses.
If you have problem receiving order confirmation, please contact cashmere@toyoboshi.co.jp.
You can check the details of your order by clicking "View order" in the order confirmation email (automatic reply) and moving to the order details page.
Delivery
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. We will contact you separately if there is a backorder.
Postal-Mail delivery may take from several days to a week. In principle, it will be mailed to the mailbox.
We are very sorry, but we do not accept the request of the delivery company.
We usually deliver by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post.
We cannot make any promises, but you can write your request in the order memo. (We may not be able to accept your request if the date and time are too close or too far apart.)
About the product
Due to the specifications of WHOLEGARMENT, there may be regular rows of small holes on the sides.
Also, the one with four holes on the back in the shape of a ◇ is the icon design.
There is no problem in wearing and using.

We kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. (Please refer to the usage guide)
Depending on the specifications of the color display system, the color name listed on the tag may differ from the product page. We will deliver the color you ordered after confirming it on the screen. Thank you for your understanding.
